Personalized coaching for parents and caregivers who want support navigating the challenges of family life.

We might explore meltdowns and regulation, parenting overwhelm, neurodiversity, school concerns, relationships, family transitions, or whatever is feeling hard right now.

Sessions are available in person or online and are 60 minutes.

Sliding scale: $120–$180 per session

An $80 accessibility rate is also available for clients who identify as members of marginalized communities.

Coaching Packages

For families who want more consistent support, coaching packages provide ongoing connection between sessions.

Package clients receive unlimited between-session communication, creating a place to ask questions, process challenges, celebrate wins, and receive support as things arise in everyday family life.

Parent Education Classes

Parenting doesn't come with a manual. I teach parent education classes in our community through Family Education & Support Services (FESS), as well as for schools, organizations, and community groups. I offer practical, compassionate education to help parents & educators better understand child development, regulation, connection, behavior, neurodiversity, and family relationships. Support for Educators & Professionals

I offer consultation and collaborative support for educators, early childhood professionals, and others who work with children and families. Drawing from my experience as an educator, Early Childhood Education professor, parent educator, and coach, I can offer perspective and practical strategies for understanding children's behavior, supporting regulation and connection, navigating developmental differences, and partnering with families. Consultation can provide a thoughtful space to explore challenging situations, consider different perspectives, and develop approaches that better support the children and families you serve.

Free Community Coaching at Hands On Children's Museum

I also offer free coaching at the Hands On Children's Museum, providing an accessible opportunity for families to connect and receive support. Come see me on First Fridays from 5–7 p.m. at the Hands On Children's Museum in Olympia for  neurodiversity-affirming parenting support. Pop in and say hello!

Fees & Payment
